On this page
Fan Finder is a normal web page that you open in a browser, not an overlay for OBS. Type a Kick channel and a username to see how that person relates to the channel. It works for Kick only, with no login and no key.
- Open Fan Finder.
- Type the channel in Channel, and the person’s name in Username. Both are turned to lower case.
- Tap Look up.
To check the same person against another channel, change only the Channel box.
The result
The card is titled with the username and the channel. It shows:
- Role
- A badge for Broadcaster, Kick Staff or Moderator, plus any others such as VIP, OG, Founder, Subscriber, Verified or Sub Gifter, with a count after a dot where there is one. If none apply it says Viewer.
- Following
- Yes — since a date, or Not following.
- Subscription
- Subscribed with the number of months, or Not subscribed.
- Banned
- Yes or No.
- Account created
- Shown when Kick provides it.
Messages
- Looking up… while it works.
- No result — check the channel and username are correct.
- Lookup failed (HTTP and a number). Kick refused or had a problem.
- Lookup timed out. It gives up after 15 seconds.
- Lookup failed — network or CORS error. Your connection, or Kick, blocked the request.
- Lookup succeeded but the response could not be read — Kick may have changed its response shape.
Privacy
The channel and username are not put in the page’s address, but they are sent to Kick as part of the lookup. There is no equivalent keyless lookup for Twitch, Rumble or YouTube. The page counts page loads like every tool page.
